BELMAR, NJ – The holiday spirit is in full swing in Belmar, with local organizations and community partners offering numerous ways for residents to give back while enjoying festive celebrations.
Giving Opportunities Across Belmar
The Friendly Sons of the Shillelagh (FSOS) and the Belmar Police Department are teaming up for a toy drive to benefit local charities. Residents can drop off unwrapped toys at Borough Hall, the FSOS clubhouse at 815 16th Avenue, or designated drop boxes throughout town.
Meanwhile, the Belmar Woman’s Club is spearheading a shoe drive, accepting both used and new footwear. Drop boxes are conveniently located at Belmar Borough Hall, Lake Como Borough Hall, and Federico’s.
For those interested in supporting local families, St. Rose Church offers a giving tree program. Details can be found in the church bulletin.
